TIM KERNS

Born and raised in Atherton, Tim Kerns attended Sacred Heart, Bellarmine, UCLA, and Notre Dame de Namur Graduate School. Tim’s experiences growing up and as a former math teacher in the area give him a unique knowledge, appreciation, and understanding of homeowners and buyers around the peninsula.

         Tim represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges specializing from Los Altos to Burlingame. In his first five years, he was a top producing agent with over 125 million in sales. Now as an established real estate professional with an incredible reputation, unique approach, and over 15 years of experience, Tim takes personal attention and customer service to new levels. Currently, Tim has established himself as one of the top producing agents nationally and internationally in the top 1% of all realtors with over 600 million in sales. He has been recognized as one of the top realtors in the nation by the Wall Street Journal consistently in the last decade. In 2014, he was ranked as the #136 realtor based on sales volume in the United States out of over 1,200,000 realtors. In 2015, Wall Street Journal ranked tim #108, #85 in 2016 and #89 in 2017.
